Financial Power of Attorney

We use powers of attorney when we are still alive, but have unfortunately lost capacity, or the ability to make legal/financial decisions for ourselves. Our power of attorney stands in our shoes and makes those decisions on our behalf.

A financial power of attorney costs $220.00.

Medical Treatment Decision Maker

When you appoint a medical treatment decision maker, that person will be able to make medical treatment decisions on your behalf, if you are unable to do so for yourself.

A medical treatment decision maker document costs $200.00.

When purchasing a standard Will, a financial power of attorney and a medical treatment decision maker, the cost is reduced to $550.00 per person, or $1,000.00 per couple.
