Standard Will for one person (suitable for most people)

A will is a legal document which sets out who will receive your property and possessions when you die. When you have a valid will, you give yourself the best chance of making sure your assets go where you want them to.
Financial Power of Attorney for one person
$250.00
We use powers of attorney when we are still alive, but have unfortunately lost capacity, or the ability to make legal/financial decisions for ourselves. Our power of attorney stands in our shoes and makes those decisions on our behalf.
Medical Treatment Decision Maker for one person
$250.00
When you appoint a medical treatment decision maker, that person will be able to make medical treatment decisions on your behalf, if you are unable to do so for yourself.
